Meals for Fat Loss – Diet for Fat Loss and Muscle Gain

what's up guys Christian hear from thestrengthnation.com , in this video we're going to
talk about meals for fat loss
what type of meals IE for my cuts and how I structure my diet all day and i'm
going to talk about how you can implement in yours if you like this

alright so as always i push my first meal back four to six hours after wake
up in order to make this as easy as possible
I drink a couple cups of water two cups of black coffee
the reasoning behind this is so I don't get hungry during this time and the
coffee suppresses my appetite
so if i want to go longer for the fast i usually an apple about five to six hours
in
so just 11 apple and that that extends the phosphor about one more hour if I
want to push it back one even further one more hour I didn't apple
so in this is the part where it kinda switches up for me so depending on if I
train faster fed so today since I'm training with food my stomach I'm
actually gonna I'm gonna eat my first meal which is usually cheese and fruit
that's what I chose to date
usually this either contains either meat and veggies or cheese and fruit the
reasoning behind that is that it keeps you full for a while
any combination of either cheese and fruit or meat and veggies usually keeps
you full the long ism
also this this first meal isn't too high in calories but has a lot of volume so
it actually keeps you really full
this allows for a bigger meals later which makes it easier to maintain the
diet so my second meal would be cheese and eggs so the reasoning behind this
meal of cheese and eggs is that the high fat meal actually keeps you full over
time so it won't you feel like you want to eat a little more
more like right after but the the fat will make you feel full like an hour
later and you won't be as hungry
so that's the reason behind that second meal
so then comes my last meal my last meal
I love because it it's usually run eight or nine o'clock on this is the biggest
meal of the day
usually around a thousand calories
this is where I finish all my macros for the day the reasoning behind this meal
is that most people usually feel hungry hungry at night or I just binge eat more
often at night
so having a big that so having a big meal at night prevents this any field
satisfied with this is how I structure my meals every day for the most part
during a cut like I said it does vary depending on how I choose to work out
whether it be faster fed
oh right now i'm going to put two different meal templates that you can
use on the screen

honestly this guy is like his program is the best I've seen when it comes to how
to lay out a diet structure and how to make your cut
most enjoyable and easy to adhere to most cuts you'll hear people say oh just
like chicken and veggies and that will get you results that really will but
it's not fun it's not enjoyable cutting shouldn't be this horrible just horrible
process that should be it should be at least somewhat enjoyable enjoyable
because you are eating less you're not eating as much food as you would want to
but finding ways to structure this diet is and finding ways to structure this
diet and make it as enjoyable as possible is really important if you want
to overcome the mental side of a cut and make it as easy as possible that's the
whole goal of this video is to make your cut your weight loss journey your fat
loss turn is easy as possible that's why I wanted to make this video
