7 Best Superfoods For Diabetes – Saturday Strategy

I’m gonna… remember that song? Uh huh. We have our diabetes busting smoothie and
the whole goal is to inform you about diabetes in this Saturday Strategy. Turn you from a
sugar burner into a fat and protein burner. That’s the goal. I’m gonna give you some
foods that help regulate glucose levels and lower that insulin so that you can bounce
back and bust diabetes once and for all. Here’s one of my absolute favorite, its Moringa leaf.
Basically I was reading a study in regards at the University of Allahabad in India and
it showed that Moringa lowers blood sugar levels up to 29 percent. Number two, raspberries.
Raspberries, some of my favorite fruits on the planet. They contain natural sugar which
they don’t need insulin to be metabolized basically and I absolutely love raspberries.
I wanna eat one now. We got blueberries. Blueberries are so delicious and you probably hear me
talk about this in the past, if you split one of this in half it looks like the cell
in the human body. They’re loaded with fat which actually help your body regulate insulin
as well. A compound in blueberries naturally decrease body fat which lowers the risk of
diabetes. And number four is monk fruit. Monk fruit has been shown to lower blood sugar
levels in diabetics. Number five we have and I have these in my kitchen, you probably do
this as well, you probably grown absolutely love them, its flax seeds. A university in
India actually showed flax seeds help with diabetics and they regulate blood sugar and
cholesterol levels so not only did you get the blood sugar benefit but you actually get
the cholesterol benefits as well. Number six, one of my favorite nuts. You’ve seen videos
me talking about this in the past, almonds. Study shows that eating almonds before a meal
can reduce glucose levels by up to 30 percent which is actually pretty substantial if you
think about it. Number seven is actually broccoli. This is broccolini because I don’t have
any broccoli in my house but as you can see it contains sulforaphane which is absolutely
amazing. One of my favorite supplements is actually BroccoMax which is the active ingredients
sulforaphane which close your nose, opens it up, you start smelling better. It’s really,
really good and a sideline benefit is it actually helps regulate sugar levels as well. Number
eight is bitter melon. Maybe you’ve heard of bitter melon in the past, maybe you haven’t,
it’s absolutely amazing. Get it in your market and it contains three active substances
that help with diabetes as well. So let’s face it Mother Nature knows what’s up? Right?
Mother Nature is awesome. I want you to give Mother Nature a high five. If you’re sitting
at your computer, reach out to Mother Nature give her a high five because when it comes
to regaining your health I want you to know that it is possible when you start working
with the natural processes in your body and Mother Nature as well. So if you have diabetes
now don’t worry, you didn’t get here overnight, pat yourself on the back. Start seeing the
vision of where you wanna be in the future and get your health back on track before it’s
too late. Okay? I’ve read interviews of people that don’t have their health and
it’s the most important thing. I want you to have your health too so just this small
list of superfoods can start to change your life. The research, the studies behind it
it’s actually pretty incredible when you think about it. So implement just one of these
today. You don’t have to start going out and buying everything like I normally would
do, start with one and then the more you do it the more whole food you’ll start to enjoy
and the more positive thoughts you start to have. It’s amazing how food influences our
thought. Soon enough you’ll be moving, you’ll be excited to start exercising, you’ll get
out there, you have that endurance that you have not had in the past so today I have a
diabetes busting greens smoothie recipe, I want you to make this even if you don’t
have it. When you drink this you’re gonna feel refreshed. It’s a decadent creamy,
delicious smoothie and you get the sideline benefit of improving your overall health.
