Diet plan for weight loss is as follows-
Start your day with a metabolism increasing tea.
For this tea, you need 1 glass of hot water, 1grean tea bag, 1 spoon honey, 1/2 spoon ginger paste, half lemon and 1/4th spoon of cinnamon powder.
Brew the green tea in hot water for 5 minutes. Then add all the above ingredients and drink this concoction with 8-10 curry leaves.
Do some exercise for 40 minutes.
You can have oats, sprouts, porridge, upma, or poha in breakfast.
Avoid white bread, pakora, puri or parantha in breakfast.
